Edited Images (not final)

These images are the first couple of experimental images. In order to achieve this look I went into a dark room and set up a camera on a tripod before setting the shutter speed on the camera to take around 15 seconds. Then I stood in front of the camera with a torch and tried to make different patterns with the light. This technique created the effect shown on the set of images.

The top image is the original and the second image down is the same one but edited using Photoshop. I have cropped the image to create focus and brightened some aspects of the image to make the colours (purple and green) show as they are extremely faint in the original image.

I like the third image because of the background making the image look as though there is a fog or mist in the image. I like the lighting of this photograph as it is not as bright as the white light used in the top two images, this colour was achieved by finding an image will a heavy balance of yellow and showing it on the screen of my phone before moving the screen to achieve the light trail.

The last image uses a green light to show the light drawing, I don't like the pattern that has been created in the image however I like the colour and the use of negative space as I haven't cropped the image.
